Strengthening our Body
We take our time to teach you how to properly move in the basic movements and how to get stronger in those movements. We also discuss nutrition and basic body maintanance.
We will get you sweating through a whole workout.
We will teach you how to properly write out your workout and take you through it!
After learning how to give yourself a nice massage by using a foam roller and lacrosse balls, you can book your massage with us and we can help get those deeper and stubborn knots we accumulate by doing day to day tasks and now by progressing in the gym.
Strengthen your mind
Join us every second and fourth Sunday of every month. We go over Plato's dialogues with brief power points, we discuss the global elite cult that enslaves us, and we have a nice social night making new friends while drinking wine and eating cheese, or what ever we provide that day! ...could be pizza...
We may make small trips to farms, festivals, or hikes to learn more about agriculture and how we can improve our lives together with the earth.

Meditate in a warm and cleansed room with incense and crystals, surrounded by plants. Use a guided meditation or meditate on your own.
Join us on small hiking trips or on longer hiking field trips. Taking in fresh air and clearing your mind is very much medicinal.
